Product Customization

One of the main activities in SEDNA’s industrial and knowledge-based Group is to define products for customers who, according to the requirements of the environment, cooling and heating equipment, as well as cost of controling equipment, need changes in the previous Sedna’s products, or the development of new products with specific applications.
The steps for ordering customer customized products are simple and start with negotiations and face-to-face meetings with the management and technical teams of the two companies. After approving the project and determining the requested specifications and features, SEDNA’s product development team goes into action and proceeds through various stages of research and development, industrial/hardware/software design, prototyping and testing, while interacting with the technical unit of the customer’s company, during the process of product development. In the final stage, after confirming the performance from the customer, SEDNA will enter the planning stage for mass production.
SEDNA Group’s product development team consists of specialists in electronics and industrial design. In recent years, by defining research and development projects and designing special products for the customer, this unit has put into practice its ability to upgrade products, provide specialized services for product support, define new products and design special products.

Cooperation with heating, ventilation and air conditioning companies
The quality, delivery schedule and reliability of SEDNA products are among the unique features of this company. This issue has led to the cooperation of companies active in the field of household appliances and air conditioning systems – for the products of thermostats, evaporative cooler switches, residual current devices, and drives for BLDC, PMSM and induction motor with this company.
